1. General Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online store operated by:

Hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.
By accessing and using our online store or placing an order through the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.
These Terms apply to all purchases made through our online store unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
2. Online Store
The online store allows customers to browse and purchase products offered by the Seller.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on the website are accurate and up to date.
However, minor differences in product appearance, colour or packaging may occur, particularly due to differences in screen settings or manufacturer changes.
The Seller reserves the right to correct errors, update information and modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
3. Customer and Consumer
A customer is any individual or legal entity who purchases products through our online store.
Where the customer is a consumer, the consumer protection rights provided by applicable Slovenian and European Union legislation apply.
A consumer is generally a natural person who acquires or uses products for purposes outside their professional or business activity.
4. Product Information and Prices
All product prices displayed in the online store are stated in EUR (€).
Unless otherwise expressly stated, prices include applicable VAT where required by law.
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed in the online store at the time the order is placed.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Any applicable delivery costs or other additional charges will be displayed before the customer completes the order.
5. Ordering Process
To place an order, the customer selects the desired products, adds them to the shopping cart and completes the checkout process.
Before submitting the order, the customer has the opportunity to review and correct the information provided.
By clicking the button confirming the purchase, the customer submits a binding order to purchase the selected products.
After the order has been submitted, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
The order confirmation does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order if the Seller expressly states otherwise.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in justified circumstances, including product unavailability, obvious pricing or technical errors, suspected fraudulent activity or other legitimate reasons.
6. Contract Formation
A purchase contract is concluded when the Seller accepts the customer’s order in accordance with applicable law.
The customer will receive confirmation of the order and, where applicable, information regarding the dispatch and delivery of the products.
The contract is concluded in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided during the ordering process is accurate and complete.
7. Payment
The Seller offers the payment methods displayed during the checkout process.
Depending on the available payment options, payment may be made by credit or debit card, bank transfer, payment service provider or other available methods.
The Seller reserves the right to change available payment methods.
Orders may be processed only after successful payment or confirmation of the selected payment method, where applicable.
If a payment is unsuccessful, the Seller may suspend or cancel the order.
8. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process.
Estimated delivery times are displayed on the website or communicated to the customer where applicable.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, destination, delivery provider and circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including delays caused by delivery companies, natural disasters, strikes, government measures or other extraordinary events.
If a product is temporarily unavailable after an order has been placed, the Seller will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible.
9. Delivery Costs
Any applicable delivery costs will be displayed to the customer before the order is completed.
The customer is responsible for paying the delivery costs unless free delivery is expressly offered by the Seller.
Additional charges arising from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
10. Right of Withdrawal
Where the customer is a consumer, the customer generally has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
The withdrawal period generally begins on the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must clearly inform the Seller of their decision before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
The customer may contact the Seller using the contact details provided on the website.
Where applicable, the customer may also use the statutory withdrawal form provided under applicable legislation.
11. Consequences of Withdrawal
If the customer lawfully withdraws from the contract, the Seller will reimburse payments received from the customer, including standard delivery costs, subject to applicable law.
The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or the customer has provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, unless otherwise required by law.
The customer must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, within the legally applicable period following notification of withdrawal.
Unless otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
The customer may be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
12. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in circumstances where an exception is provided by applicable consumer protection legislation.
Depending on the nature of the products sold, this may include, for example:
-
Products made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised products
-
Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been removed
-
Products that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
-
Other products or services for which the right of withdrawal is excluded by applicable law
Where an exception applies, the customer will be informed where required.
13. Complaints and Defective Products
The Seller is responsible for ensuring that products comply with the applicable legal requirements.
If a customer believes that a product is defective, damaged or does not conform to the purchase contract, the customer should contact the Seller as soon as reasonably possible.
The customer should provide relevant information, such as the order number, description of the issue and, where appropriate, photographs of the product.
The Seller will handle complaints in accordance with applicable Slovenian and EU consumer protection legislation.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers.
14. Warranty and Statutory Rights
Consumers are entitled to statutory rights concerning conformity, defects and warranties as provided by applicable law.
Any commercial warranty offered by the Seller or manufacturer is additional to and does not replace the customer’s mandatory statutory rights.
The specific conditions and duration of any commercial warranty will be communicated to the customer where applicable.

The customer agrees to:
-

However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.
The website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, updates, security measures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
18. Limitation of Liability
The Seller shall be liable in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
In particular, nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability for damage that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
19. Personal Data
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an important part of the information provided to customers.
The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we process it, how long we retain it and what rights customers have.

21. Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, fire, war, strikes, epidemics, government measures, interruptions to telecommunications or internet services, transport disruptions, or other extraordinary events.
The Seller will make reasonable efforts to minimise the effects of such circumstances.
22. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in the customer’s country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable European Union or national legislation.
23. Dispute Resolution
The Seller and the customer will endeavour to resolve any disputes amicably.
Consumers may also have access to statutory alternative dispute resolution mechanisms and other consumer protection procedures available under applicable law.
Where applicable, information regarding competent authorities and dispute resolution procedures will be provided in accordance with legal requirements.
24. Changes to These Terms
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will be published on the online store together with the date of the most recent update.
Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed unless otherwise required by law.
25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
The invalid provision shall be replaced or interpreted in a manner that most closely reflects the original purpose of the provision while complying with applicable law.
